This is a hospital where you can get fillers satisfyingly at a cost that isn't too heavy when you want to look a little prettier without anything obvious. The order is consultation with the manager, payment, then treatment with the doctor, so it does feel a bit factory-like, but if the result is this good for this price, I think it's satisfying. I haven't been to that many other hospitals, but even though filler seems like no big deal, the doctor's manual skill can make tiny differences that hugely affect satisfaction.
