The consultation was fine overall, but because I have a bulbous nose, everything seems a bit expensive... They said I would need autologous costal cartilage, and to get the line I want. But the photos they showed during the consultation were very ornate and high, so I felt that would not suit me and ruled it out. I think satisfaction will be higher if you choose a clinic where my desired direction matches the director’s direction. Of course, they can also make it look natural, but it seems better to think of the director as someone who prefers a natural style in the first place.
