Revision after revision + a fairly large perforation. First of all, my consultation with the manager was so reassuring. They understood the pain of being from the provinces very well and shared their own information openly, which was quite good, but as expected, because of the perforation, they said to keep the costal cartilage and only operate on the problematic parts. But I hated that my nostril was twisted so much, and because I thought if I left this alone and only improved other things I would still not be satisfied, I just went ahead with the consultation
