I had my first surgery using the septal cartilage from the ear, but before even a year passed, the tip of my nose dropped too much and I became miserable, so I paid 700,000 won more for an AS and had revision surgery with donated rib cartilage. At first it was exactly the straight nose line I wanted, so I was really happy, but after 1 year and a half the tip of my nose slowly started to droop again, so I am now wondering if I should go all the way to autologous rib cartilage..
