First, right when I visited, they took a CT scan and carefully looked at what I wanted to improve. One thing I regretted was that I went here for my first consultation, so I was still not very knowledgeable and could not ask all sorts of questions. Still, they explained the basics, did not draw an overly flashy line, and seemed to prefer something natural. Oh, and from the consultation stage they clearly said they would not use costal cartilage. People who prefer costal cartilage
