First of all, I’ve been to more than 10 clinics so far because I’ve been thinking about nose surgery for about 3 years, and I still haven’t met a hospital that gave me that feeling (?) that this is the one. But this was the only clinic that suggested using silicone. Up until now, everyone else had said it could be done without an implant, but this clinic said that because of the step-off difference, it should be raised thinly at least a little.. I had really high hopes, but because of that part I looked into other hospitals too The doctor said a perfectly smooth line might not be possible
