I had double-eyelid surgery, eye correction, and upper front canthoplasty, and it's been 6 years and they're still holding up really well. I truly had very uneven eyes, and on one side I used a lot of eyelid tape and glue, so it had really stretched out. It was at the level of an actual wink. Just looking at it made my eyes feel uncomfortable, but they corrected the unevenness well, and other people can't really tell that I have uneven eyes. But I do not recommend canthoplasty. Three years later I had four-direction canthoplasty, and they said that the front and upper parts were barely opened there. Even I could see that the Mongolian fold was still very hooked.
