The tip of my nose was blunt, and from below my columella was short, which has bothered me for a long time. Every time I looked in the mirror, my nasal tip seemed crushed, which felt a bit frustrating, and even from the front the tip looked wide and somehow unfinished. When I went in and showed my nose, they looked at it from the side, from the front, and from below, and said the nasal tip and columella needed to be considered together. They explained where and how they would operate, and the atmosphere made it easy to ask questions.
