The hospital where I had my very first nose surgery. They so confidently said they would make me unbelievably pretty that I fell for it and lay down. They clearly told me before surgery that the alar reduction scar would not show, but after surgery I saw that it was an external incision, and they cut and stitched from the middle of the nose tissue rather than the rim of the nostril. One side seems like she did it herself, and the other side seems like she had someone else do it, so I don’t know why my nostrils were left looking like they were sewn together with scraps of fabric.
