It was my first surgery, so there were a lot of things I didn't know, but the director compared my nose against ideal measurements and adjusted it to fit what I wanted.The director also explained in length, in a way that was easy to understand, every part that differed from the direction of the procedure I wanted or that I had misunderstood, and that was really great.The manager also pointed out the things I really needed to know, such as after-service and future care methods, even when I didn't ask, and helped by mentioning questions that other patients usually ask.
