I had surgery because I was stressed about my upturned nose, and honestly my quality of life seems different now. My columella was curling upward and my nostrils were fully visible, so every time I looked straight ahead it felt like a pig nose, which was mentally very hard. This time, in the revision surgery, the focus was on septal extension and bringing the upturned nasal tip downward. After the stitches were removed, the line was clearly defined, and now the nostril show has reduced and the line suits my face without feeling artificial, so I am really glad.
