I went in for a consultation because I was worried about my buccal fat. At first, they just looked at me and said I didn’t have any fat to remove from my face, but then they suddenly pinched my cheeks very hard, almost as if grabbing them, and with a slightly surprised expression said I did have buccal fat. But because I don’t have much facial fat, they also recommended fat grafting together, saying that if I only got buccal fat removal I might look even more hollow. I understood that too, so I nodded and left. The director seemed so busy that they looked exhausted. The hospital was also so crowded, T_T
