I had surgery to tidy up one side because that double eyelid had multiple folds. There wasn't any excessive consultation, and they did recommend doing both sides, but I didn't want to lose the face I already had, so I finished by making the one side as similar as possible. It's been going very well without any issues so far, and they told me to come back in a month... but I didn't go They said they'd check it again if I didn't like the line, and I was even thinking about a revision surgery
