About 8 years ago I went in for a consultation about breast surgery, but because the hospital was so busy and had so many people, the consultation with the doctor was way too superficial. For breast surgery, it is a major operation, but without any real expertise they did not even look at what my chest was like or ask much, and the consultation just ended like a robot giving a short script. Even if the doctor was busy, the consultation manager was so unpleasant. I regret that I could not even say anything and just left. They were insisting too aggressively on same-day booking.
