I shaved down a hump nose and had surgery without implants using ear cartilage. The doctor was very kind, and the consultation was handled with great care. On the day of surgery, they carefully designed the nose, and they gave me the elegant straight-but-slightly-raised line I wanted, while making the nose shape nicely rounded so it would not look too high from the front.
