I went for a consultation for under-eye surgery because the area under my eyes was bothering me, and the director looked over my face in detail and said I didn't need under-eye surgery yet .... They said there wasn't enough fat to warrant fat repositioning, and they also didn't recommend fat grafting, which actually made me trust them more. If that area really bothers you, then since you're still young, fill only the line area with hyaluronic acid filler first and come back later when you care more and have more fat there, they said
