I do not remember the director's full name exactly, but I know the director with the surname Jang is good at under-eye fat repositioning. So I had a consultation with that doctor. My friend also had the procedure done by Director Jang here, and there was literally no swelling, and the under-eye area became dramatically flatter. So I went for a consultation, but they said it was muscle, not fat, so under-eye fat repositioning would have almost no effect and advised me not to do the surgery.
