My friend had nostril reduction here. The consultation was very short, and they said they would not do alar base suturing together, which was disappointing. The nostril reduction has widened a bit compared with right after the first surgery. There is no scar and it turned out well, but I think she will need another revision. The doctor said they reduced it a lot, but maybe my friend’s nostrils were just very large. The stitches are removed over two separate visits, so it would probably be a bit annoying for people coming from far away. It would have been better to do it together with alar base suturing, so it is a little disappointing.
