I went planning to do canthoplasty and under-eye fat repositioning together, but they honestly told me that my eyes wouldn't allow much canthoplasty, so I decided to give up on that. They looked at the under-eye area and said I didn't need it either, but I told them that it looked sunken when taking photos and that it was really stressful for me. They kept saying that it only looked that way in photos and was fine in everyday life, so I didn't need it. There was absolutely no overtreatment in that part, and they spoke honestly and conscientiously
