I had facial liposuction, and now that the swelling has gone down to some extent, I'm leaving a review. I had pretty severe cheek fat and a double chin, so my face and body felt out of balance. Even if I dieted, my face fat would absolutely not go away. Aside from the early numb, heavy feeling around my jaw and cheeks, there was not much discomfort. It was bearable. There was some swelling, but the bruising was not severe, so since I wore a mask when going out, it did not really show.
