The manager was really kind during the consultation, and it didn't feel like they were trying to tack on unnecessary extras. For example, when I said I was thinking about whether I needed epicanthoplasty, they said I really didn't need it and only recommended non-incisional double-eyelid surgery by itself, so it didn't feel like there was any forced upselling at all.
