This feels like a pretty factory-style hospital. I had a 2:30 appointment, but the consultation started around 3:15. It seems like they do a lot of multiple bookings rather than just one patient per time slot. Out of the three places I consulted for double-eyelid surgery, this was the only one where I waited over 40 minutes, and the only one where I did not see the director.
