The consultation style was very much a no-nonsense T type.. not some vague “yes, it’s all possible” approach, but they clearly drew the line for what was possible with my nose.. They said my skin was on the thicker side, but that the tip was still fully possible, and it felt like they were aiming for a natural, smooth look rather than anything too flashy. Their aesthetic direction felt similar to mine, and anesthesia, recovery period, CCTV < they said this was a hospital where access to that could be checked, so it was not an assembly-line style hospital.
