The consultation was very kind and thorough, and the front desk staff were generally very good at handling people. When I visited, there were quite a lot of people so there was a wait, but every time I asked the staff something, they responded really well, so I was grateful. The director also seemed to take extra care with the consultation because I had waited a long time, and instead of just talking about surgery, I could feel that they were trying to figure out what kind of look or vibe I wanted.
