My long-hated upper arm fat is finally bye-bye, I completely succeeded with arm liposuction this time. The director said they would extract everything by hand, stitch by stitch, so I was really looking forward to it, and when I actually had it done, the hand technique was seriously insane. All the thick upper arm fat is gone, and I finally have the bone-thin arms I wanted so badly. The line is so slim and smooth that every time I look in the mirror I’m startled and think those aren’t my arms. Now the clothes I had put away in my closet
