Consultation for silicone removal and tip revision to match a lowered bridge using existing material (no-implant rhinoplasty). The original nose had a slight hump and the tip was drooping, so I did not want full removal. The bridge silicone was showing and a high nose did not suit me, so I did not want anything added to the bridge.
