It's been 2 years since the surgery. I did a lot of research before getting it, and in the end I'm satisfied. As people mentioned a lot, the director has great aesthetic sense.. I hate faces that look obviously plastic, and this ended up looking like a naturally pretty nose. If I don't tell people I had surgery, they won't know. I didn't touch the nostrils, so I think that makes it look even more natural. The price was also high for a first surgery, and using rib cartilage for the first surgery was a bit of a burden, but I do not regret doing it here.
