About 17 years ago I had surgery, so I do not remember the exact cost, but I do remember paying a lot for it. The director was a friend of mine, so they explained everything very kindly. And I think I preferred a very stable style, so I wanted something natural rather than flashy. It was my first nose surgery, so I was nervous, but they did it well, and I lived for 17 years without any side effects! But it was so, so natural that I felt a bit disappointed. And because it was an old hospital, it was systematic.
