During the consultation, the director clearly drew the line on the structural limitations that could arise if I had surgery on my nose, and I found that trustworthy. In my case, they said the shape of the nostrils cannot become perfectly symmetrical. They told me to refer to the director's blog posts under the keywords columella retraction nose, crooked nose, long nose, and bulbous nose. It may feel a little cold, but I appreciated that they made me aware of the limits of surgery in advance so I could decide on the operation with that in mind.
