I visited Samsao for a revision consultation because I had 3-step facial contouring two years ago and was disappointed with the zygoma effect. The doctor said that even if they added volume it would probably only be 2 to 3 mm, so instead of doing contouring, it seemed like he was suggesting a direction of reducing the fat on my face since I had some there. The consultation fee was a bit expensive, and there was not much to discuss, so I felt a little disappointed and also upset that I did not hear the answer I wanted, but I was grateful that he spoke honestly
