Cheekbone Surgery Reviews@cheekbone-review

It’s been 1 year since my cheekbone reduction, so I’m posting a review!

It feels like it’s been a long time since I looked at my pre-op photos too lol I dug through my album for so long trying to find that photo haha Well, as you can see, my cheekbones were originally quite large, and because of that, my impression looked a bit stronger too. Especially when taking photos, I often felt like my face looked bigger because of my cheekbones, so I got one facial contouring procedure done hehe. I only had cheekbone reduction. To be honest, during the consultation I was worried, like, “What if they tell me I need two procedures... or three?” But the director who consulted with me and performed the surgery said there was no need for that, and that doing just the cheekbones would be enough to get a result I’d be satisfied with. He said correcting only the part I was concerned about could actually lead to higher satisfaction, so I trusted him and went ahead with it.

When I did my cheekbones, I also had eye surgery done together, kind of like lightly pinching the eyes, and I really do think cheekbone reduction and eye surgery have great chemistry. Once my cheekbones were reduced, my eyes looked bigger, and on top of that, since I got a line made on my eyes too, my eyes looked even bigger, and the feeling that I had a big face before was reduced a lot~

I remember the bruising went away really quickly, and the swelling seemed to go down little by little for about... 6 months. Since the swelling moved downward from top to bottom, at first I couldn’t tell whether my cheekbones had really been reduced, but during the post-op treatment right after surgery, they showed me the before-and-after CT, and the director told me I could relax and just wait, so I waited. In the end, time really was the answer....

Anyway, now there’s no swelling, and my face feels smaller too lol The cheekbones that used to stick out... are now gone... my face shape has become like that ㅠ For facial contouring surgery, honestly... rather than automatically thinking you need all three procedures, I think it’s not bad to just get the surgery you actually need, like I did~!

I’ll post about my eyes later~ lol
