The hospital has a white tone, so it feels clean, just neat and tidy without any mess. I think a hospital's first impression is decided at the desk, and most of the staff here seemed kind. Also, when I first consulted with the manager, I had seen some not-so-great reviews here and there, so I was worried, but the manager who handled me was kindness itself, and explained the cost and implants very well. The director also explained everything overall very smoothly.
