The managers seemed to want to have a power struggle with the patient, but it was not too severe and they just spoke in a frustrated tone. The doctor and the manager seem to like reducing the cheekbone area a lot. The nurse who removed the stitches after surgery did not seem very experienced. The swelling has not gone down yet, so I do not really know, but it does not seem like a dramatic effect, which is disappointing. They asked me to bring the surgery fee in cash. The staff are not particularly friendly. They have not shown me the CT yet... at the hospital
