I went with huge expectations because everyone who knows Note says it’s a legendary breast-specialist clinic. As expected, the doctor explains things calmly and well. But I had a lot of concerns about breast size, and he told me to leave that entirely to him, didn’t recommend much, and said if he liked it, then that was the right choice.
