I consulted with the manager about full-face fat grafting. It would go into the eyelids, forehead, temples, under-eyes, and nasolabial folds. I wanted to take fat from my abdomen, but they said the abdomen was not an option and that they would take it from the back of the thighs instead. They said it would be 1 hour under sedation anesthesia, same-day discharge would be possible, sutures would be removed on day 7 with a status check, and they would also do swelling laser treatment. Because of the engraftment rate, they harvest enough for a second round, store it frozen for up to 3 months, and say a second round is possible after 2 months.
