Looking at the review photos, it seems good for achieving the kind of dream nose I want or a natural look, so I booked a consultation. Silicone around 4 to 6 mm, decided based on the situation, and they do not do functional nose surgery separately. For the columella and tip area, they use costal cartilage; for building up the tip, they use septal cartilage; and they said they do not use ear cartilage. I said I just wanted bridge narrowing without implants, and they said nasal alar reduction alone could have an effect, but it is hard to know whether hollowing would be solved, so they were rather blunt about it.
