I had surgery at a hospital I went to with a friend back when I did not know any better, and it went terribly, so I decided I would absolutely make it as natural as possible and came here. Just as I had heard, they did not over-recommend anything, and there was no empty politeness. If they recommended something, they explained all the reasonable reasons for it. I do not think just laughing and being cheerful is what makes a consultation kind; the quality of the consultation, the explanations, that is what matters, and this place matched that perfectly.
