I was also thinking about autologous costal cartilage, so I looked mainly at hospitals with a lot of rib-cartilage cases and ended up going there too... I first had a consultation with the coordinator, then with the surgeon, and while looking at the structure and shape of my nose, they even drew pictures and explained in detail what direction would be best.
