The hospital was very large and the facilities were clean, so my first impression was extremely good. The waiting and consultation area was also separate, like a hotel room, so I liked being able to receive the consultation privately without moving around. Rather than giving me a superficial consultation, they also took a nose CT and looked at my current condition, explained honestly what surgery would suit me, how far this surgery could change things, and where the limitations were, so I felt I could trust them.
