I was irritated and tired from the long wait, but the consultation was much more detailed than I expected. The doctor seemed to have done a lot of lower blepharoplasty surgeries and to have studied the field very professionally. Since it wasn't an urgent case, I put off the surgery, but if I do have surgery, I think I would do it here. But I often saw reviews mentioning fox eyes, and when I asked the doctor about it, he said it depends on the person, but for a few months it's natural to have fox eyes.
