I went in for a consultation for Kozel nose, and the cost felt steeper than I expected. I do like that it’s implant-free, but looking at the estimate, it seemed like there were too many things I’d need to do. I wanted a natural-looking nose, but at that price I worry that if the before-and-after difference is too small, then what’s the point. They recommended shaving down the hump a bit, but the idea of shaving bone is a little scary right now, and I’m also worried that my nasal bridge will end up lower and the angle of the nose won’t look pretty.
