They seem to prefer natural results. I did not want silicone, but I liked that they said surgery was possible without silicone. This hospital was also one of my candidates, but I ended up going somewhere else. I liked the line there too. They recommended a naturally straight-but-slightly-curved look. While getting the consultation, I looked at the review photos, and they were all quite natural, so it felt trustworthy. The director's consultation was not bad either. Personally, I do not like consultations that run long, so it ended after 5 minutes, but it was enough.
