The director was kind and easy to talk to. It was my second consultation, I guess, so I wasn't fully informed yet and asked for a lot of different things, and they said okay to everything, which felt nice but also made me wonder if that was really right Rather than explaining the structure of the nose or suggesting a shape that would suit my face, it seemed like they were more focused on accommodating the patient's needs. The manager didn't seem very experienced and just gave an okay level of friendliness..? It wasn't bad, but since this is revision surgery, I needed a clinic that gave me more confidence, so I passed for now.
