The doctor was kind, but I felt a bit uncertain about trusting him. The manager gave me a pushy feeling, so I am holding off. Still, their pride in the surgery and the reviews stood out. It did not quite match my vibe, but I liked that they confidently said they specialize in lower eyelid surgery. It is expensive, but not extremely expensive compared with other clinics.
