Eunhasu Consultation Review

I have a slight asymmetry in my eyes, and I came in for a consultation because I wanted to lower my existing double eyelid line a little more than it is now. The consultation went in the order of manager - director - manager, and from the beginning the overall atmosphere was calm and comfortable, which really eased how tense I had been feeling. The manager also listened carefully to my concerns and explained everything kindly, so I was able to have the consultation without feeling burdened. After carefully checking my eye condition directly, the director told me that with my current state, it would actually be better not to have surgery rather than to have it. Since I have quite a bit of scarring on my eyes, he honestly and firmly explained that if I had surgery again now, I might lose more than I gain. Rather than recommending surgery just for the sake of it, he told me my eyes are already sufficiently natural and fine, which actually put my mind at ease. What left the strongest impression on me during the consultation was that they did not recommend unnecessary surgery. From the clinic’s point of view, they could have suggested surgery, but I could feel that they were thinking from the patient’s perspective first, which made me trust them even more. The manager I met again after the consultation was kind until the very end, and it felt like talking to a nice older sister in the neighborhood, so I felt good throughout the whole consultation. Overall, I thought it was one of the few honest clinics that speak frankly about only what is necessary without overtreatment, and even just the consultation was a very satisfying experience.
