The consultation director first asked what kind of nose I wanted, and then the surgeon came in. The surgeon was extremely kind and explained everything in detail, even drawing on the photo to show how my nose shape would turn out. I loved the side profile, but I could not picture what the front view would look like. They said that alar reduction would also be needed for a front-view effect, which was something I had not considered, so I am thinking about it. Throughout the consultation with the surgeon, the director typed in the same room, and after the consultation they organized everything together with the cost, which I liked.
