My nose tip and nostrils were very round and blended into each other too much, so I got two treatments, and I like that it looks a bit more raised now. If you also do nostril Botox, the effect is even better and it photographs well. It comes back if you gain weight, so it is not permanent. I am satisfied, so I plan to keep getting it regularly. I recommend it. But it is a factory-style clinic, and because they do surgery on each patient one by one, if you are unlucky the wait can get long, and you may end up waiting more than 2 hours, so please keep that in mind when you go.
