I went in for a consultation for arm liposuction and got a quote for the trapezius and shoulder area too. I had seen many reviews saying the price was expensive, but for me it seemed okay. The doctor was quite honest during the consultation, and I had gone in for arm liposuction, but he explained very well how the line would look from the side if only the arms were suctioned. He also gave detailed explanations about what it would be like if the trapezius and shoulder area were included. He did not push me and said the choice was mine. After the consultation, I have been looking up more reviews about it, and for body types like mine, where it is not just the arms that are thick, it really seems like doing the trapezius and shoulder area too gives a prettier and more natural line. And the back view also seems slimmer. I was already incredibly stressed just because my upper arms were the main problem, but the doctor explained everything so clearly that I am planning to include the trapezius and shoulder area too. On the day of the consultation, I said I would think about the surgery and came back, but once I got home I just wanted to book it right away, so I called and reserved the surgery lol
