I visited every hospital famous for full nose removal and revision surgery. I went to ㅅㅇ and here too, and I liked how they clearly explained option 1 and option 2. Whether to go with full removal or revision surgery is your own choice, so they told me to think it over. They even said that, based on my overall image, I could probably just remove everything and keep living that way. They said I didn't need to worry about nasal tip collapse, and that if a step-off occurs, additional charges would apply for AlloDerm and autologous costal cartilage. They said full removal could be done with a closed approach. Even though they were busy, they gave me a kind consultation.
