I don't have much facial fat. It had been 3 months since I got Ultherapy and Thermage.. but because my face was sagging and looked dull, I looked like I was in my 40s. I'm actually in my early 30s. I watched YouTube and got titanium lifting and a Chanel injection with Sylfirm X, and they said I could see results quickly before the end of the year, so I was looking forward to it. I'm insanely satisfied.. Sylfirm X hurts, but it's better than injections. The doctor said the right side of my face was sagging more and did it twice, and now it's symmetrical, so I'm so happy..
